Romantic Flowers Set the Tone for an Exquisite & Elegant Blush Pink Wedding at the Grand Island

Updated: Jun 8, 2019

The color pink symbolizes love and romance, tenderness and care. Therefore, it's only natural that pink – especially blush pink – is embraced as a primary wedding color. No longer a trend, blush pink is here to stay, and this wedding shows how to nail this gorgeous look. From the pastel bridesmaids' gowns to the full flowery bouquets, Rachel and Emmanuel's romantic wedding is blush pink done to perfection, as seen below in the beautiful photos by Alex Dzhumara Photography at the Grand Island Mansion.

Bridal Party

We designed with florals that included many garden-style rose varieties, dahlia, ranunculus and eucalyptus greens, in timeless, subtle tones of light cream, champagne and of course, blush pink. The bride's exquisite, vintage-inspired sparkly mermaid gown and intricate headpiece was simply stunning!

Ceremony signage

An elegant mirror-turned-sign reflects the greenery of the outdoor ceremony site. Floral garland softens the frame and adds romance, welcoming your guests to your wedding and setting the tone for the ceremony.

This sweet flower girl admiring her reflection in the mirror is too precious!!! We weaved roses, fluffy stock blossoms and eucalyptus to create this romantic floral crown, candidly captured by Alex Dzhumara Photography.

The grounds of the Grand Island Mansion are filled with bubbling fountains, formal gardens and architectural features, creating a dramatic backdrop for wedding photos.

We dressed this iron garden gazebo with a generous, overflowing spray of cream and blush pink roses and trailing greenery. What a difference florals can make in softening structures as well as tying in the wedding colors and style, setting the stage for a romantic ceremony.

Reception signage

Another mirror-turned-sign, directed guests to their seats. Consistency in your wedding elements is key to a polished and seamless look.

From the bride's dress to the table linens…lots of reflective light and materials were incorporated into many aspects of the wedding, including candles and blush pink sequin linens.

A large urn of flowers not only created a pretty backdrop for toasts, but is a good way to define a space.
